The University is highly respected by the Ministry of Higher Education, Benin Republic, because of its determination and resolve to uphold academic excellence in all departments of its operations and stand out as one of the most highly recognized universities in the Benin Republic.

ESM has 5 Schools: the School of Arts & Sciences, the School of Business & Entrepreneurship, the School of Social Sciences and the school of Information Technology & Computing, The School of Pure & Applied Sciences .We offer Majors that lead to a Bachelor Degree. We also offer a broad selection of Minors and a variety of concentrations that allow you earn a broad knowledge-based degree.

AVAILABLE COURSES
FACULTY OF ENGINEERINGWe are currently offering Bachelor of Engineering (Computer and Communication Systems) for undergraduate students, which the students can choose between three specialized areas; Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Management Information Technology. The programme offered is fully accredited by the Benin Ministry of Education
FACULTY OF PURE SCIENCES
Science is about understanding, reasoning and improving the natural world through systematic observation, experimentation, modelling and calculation. FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES
We offer a unique Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) Programme that provides students with different degrees of specialisation and interdisciplinary training. Our Programme is an integral part of the University’s mission to become an internationally recognised liberal arts university. We emphasise interdisciplinary training in the social sciences and offer students the choice to major in one of the five social sciences disciplines.
FACULTY OF ART AND HUMANITIES
Welcome to the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. We are proud of our internationally recognised research excellence, our dynamic research culture and the stimulating and imaginative learning experiences we make possible for our students. We offer undergraduate degrees, postgraduate master’s courses and extensive research opportunities in all aspects of human culture and history, from ancient languages to contemporary film studies. A commitment to interdisciplinarity is central to what we do and the successes we have achieved – borne out in our collaborations, our joint-events and our combined reached/teaching with other departments.
FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES
The Faculty of Management Sciences programmes are designed to provide the students with the main theoretical concepts and practical applications that can be used in today's dynamic business environment. To achieve this, the faculty depends on various methods of delivery and selects the most appropriate assessment methodology to ensure the students' ability to demonstrate the required learning outcomes of their programme of study. Moreover, there is continuous development of the programmes, the learning material, and the teaching methodology to enhance the standard or calibre of our graduates.
